On occasions, specific deals can even include the option of private finance allowing clients to avoid the sometimes difficult task of qualifying through the maze of procedures with local banks that can be reluctant to lend. Other providers are simply producing quality stock, some of them off-plan, with excellent returns.

Our contacts in the industry span over a period of 20 years, something that has allowed us to pick and choose our providers. We work only with knowledgeable people so advice is sound and reliable. We promote anything from brand new to used or even refurbished properties, as long as the product offers something valuable to our clients. Some of our properties are exclusive to us and cannot be found anywhere else, so clients of ours regularly get deals that are very limited in the market place.

Some of our clients are cash buyers which enables us to generate some excellent below market value deals. Where clients require funding for all or part of their purchase, we have links with established mortgage providers who gain access to the best finance packages available.

This is where experience counts again, as properties marketed by us will have companies we have been liaising with that are able to deal with the all-important ongoing services that any property will require.
